Marcin started his coaching journey in 2013 with a Level 1 badge, he's since honed his expertise with the FA Youth Award in 2017 and a UEFA B license in 2020. His coaching career kicked off with a girls' U8's team, and in 2015, he transitioned to coaching a men's first team, achieving a notable 4th place finish in the County league and se

His coaching career kicked off with a girls' U8's team, and in 2015, he transitioned to coaching a men's first team, achieving a notable 4th place finish in the County league and securing runners-up in a County Cup in 2017. He then joined Hereford FC Academy in the same year, and was responsible for nurturing talent across various age groups, focusing on developing local talent in the Herefordshire area. He is extremely committed to ensuring the delivery of high-quality, well-structured football and education programs.

Billy Phillips has been immersed in football since the age of five, starting his journey with a local grassroots team and playing through to the age of 18. His dedication and talent earned him a brief stint with Hereford U18s, further honing his skills and understanding of the game. For the past two and a half years, Billy has been a coa
Billy Phillips has been immersed in football since the age of five, starting his journey with a local grassroots team and playing through to the age of 18. His dedication and talent earned him a brief stint with Hereford U18s, further honing his skills and understanding of the game. For the past two and a half years, Billy has been a coach at Adriano's Development Centre, where he has worked under the guidance of an A license coach. Here, he has gained valuable experience coaching against other development centres and football league clubs.
Billy also spent a season as an assistant coach with Hereford U12s, contributing to the development of young players. His passion for coaching extends to his work as a sports coach in a school, where he led a Year 6 team to victory in the Hereford County Cup final at Edgar Street.
Football has always been at the heart of Billy's life, and he is excited about continuing his journey at the Hereford Development Centre, eager to grow and learn in this new chapter of his career.
